The short version

Your conversations are private by default. You own your words. We never sell your personal information, and we never use your biography for advertising. You can export or delete everything you’ve told Holicron.ai at any time.

Who we are

DigitalSoulVault, Inc. (“DigitalSoulVault”, “we”) builds Holicron.ai, a service where two digital biographers — Holi & Cron — help you capture your biography through conversation. This policy covers the DigitalSoulVault website and the Holicron.ai service.

What we collect

Account details: your name and email address when you create an account.

Your conversations: what you tell Holi & Cron, in your own words, along with the biography content organized from those conversations.

Basic usage information: which parts of the service you use, so we can keep it working.

We do not run advertising trackers on your story.

How we use it

To run Holicron.ai: organize your conversations into a private, structured biography.

To make Holi & Cron better at asking and listening. We only use your conversations to improve the product with your consent.

To communicate with you about your account and your invitation status.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information.

We never use your biography for advertising.

We never make your biography public.

We never train models on your biography without your explicit permission.

Who can see your story

Your biography is private by default. Sharing is your choice: you decide whether to share, who to share with, and which parts. People you invite see only what you choose to show them.

Children’s stories

Parents use Holicron.ai to record their children’s growing-up years. The parent’s account controls the record: what is kept, what is corrected, and what is later shared. Children do not have their own accounts while Holicron.ai is invitation only.

Your rights

You can access, export, correct, and delete what you’ve told Holicron.ai. Deleting your account removes your conversations and your biography from our systems.

Where your story lives

Your conversations and biography are stored encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people and systems needed to run the service.

Invitation only, and questions

Holicron.ai is invitation only. Access is currently limited — EU and UK residents aren’t included yet.
